STONEBRIDGE COS. RECENTLY added the 159-room MC Hotel in Montclair, New Jersey, to its Autograph Collection portfolio. The property is owned in partnership with CSP MC Partners LP, an affiliate of Circle Squared Alternative Investments, led by CEO Jeff Sica.
Denver-based Stonebridge is a privately owned hotel management company founded by Chairman Navin Dimond and led by President and CEO Rob Smith.
The eight-story hotel connects to the Montclair community, the statement said. It includes a ninth-floor rooftop bar and lounge with views of the Manhattan skyline, more than 3,000 square feet of rooftop space and more than 8,000 square feet of meeting space.
Located in downtown Montclair, the hotel is near the Wellmont Theater, Montclair State University, and the Montclair Art Museum, the statement said. Guests have access to seasonal events like the Montclair Jazz Festival in August and the Montclair Film Festival in October.
