Radke to be GM for The Joseph in Nashville, TN

The 297-room luxury hotel is scheduled to open in August

Rajesh Radke will be general manager for the upscale The Joseph hotel in Nashville, Tennessee, when it opens in August. The Joseph is part of Marriott International’s The Luxury Collection.

Shana Lindsey will be the hotel’s director of sales and marketing.


The Joseph is a 297-room hotel in the city’s SoBro district. Its amenities include 26,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor event space, a spa, a rooftop pool and three restaurants. Nearby attractions include Music City Center and the Nashville Symphony. It was developed by The Pizzuti Co. and is named after Joseph Pizzuti, the company’s founder.

Radke previously was GM at another Luxury Collection Hotel, The Ballantyne in Charlotte, North Carolina, which recently underwent a renovation. Prior to that he served as director of food & beverage at the St. Regis Aspen and hotel manager and interim general manager at the St. Regis Deer Valley properties.

Originally from a small mining town in India, Radke attended the Institute of Hotel Management in Hyderabad, India. He said he was excited about his new position at The Joseph.

Another boutique hotel, The Tuxon in Tucson, Arizona, is scheduled to open this summer. It is owned by Vishal and Sunny Patel.
