Radisson Hotel Group Americas moving HQ into new location in early 2022

RADISSON HOTEL GROUP Americas is moving its headquarters from Minnetonka, Minnesota, to West End of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, in early 2022. The 35,000 square feet of space at the new location provides added convenience for employees to run errands, grab lunch, or get together with colleagues after work hours, according to the company.

Radisson’s logo is on top of the new building will get approximately 250,000 impressions each day from those driving by, the company said in a statement. Minneapolis based and woman-owned architecture firm, Studio BV, has designed the office floor by incorporating elements from each brand within the company’s portfolio.

“The timing is perfect for a fresh start at a new and exciting home base for our corporate headquarters on the heels of our Americas Business launch,” said Jim Alderman, , Radisson’s CEO. “Having the opportunity to design our own space to accommodate the current needs of the company as we evolve the way we work to promote creativity, collaboration, and efficiency, will ultimately drive our success. On top of all that, we will be in a phenomenal location offering something for everyone.”

The LEED Certified new building uses sustainable materials such as bamboo, low chemical fabrics, Cradle to Cradle Silver certified flooring, occupancy sensors throughout the floor, water-efficient fixtures and full LED lighting with an aim towards becoming a zero-waste office.

The statement added that the company will also leverage technology for video conferencing capabilities to accommodate a hybrid work model. The other facilities include, a lounge and game room, fitness center, bike storage area, and a beautiful rooftop.

In 2020, Radisson Hotel Group announced a couple of top management appointments. Last September, the group appointed Bill Hall and Jason Yarbrough as senior vice presidents for franchise sales and development directors.

Earlier, Phil Hugh was appointed as Radisson’s chief development officer for the Americas.

Radisson is one of the world's largest hotel companies with eight hotel brands, more than 1,600 hotels in operation and under development, and more than 100,000 team members in 120 countries.
