John Bianco named as Noble’s Senior Project Director, Development

John Bianco is appointed as the senior project director of development at Noble Investment Group. In this new role, Bianco will help execute the development of Noble’s midscale extended-stay hotel strategies, Noble said in a statement.

"John is an outstanding addition to our development team," said Kevin Grass, Noble managing principal & head of design and development. "His prolific expertise in this sector complements our substantial growth initiatives."


Bianco joins Noble from WaterWalk Real Estate Development, where he served as vice president of construction. Previously, he also worked as the senior construction manager at WoodSpring Hotels, the statement added.

In May, Noble announced leadership promotions across investment, capital markets, finance, and asset management teams.
