Who’s Chad Goodnough, Stonebridge’s New SVP in 2025?
Chad Goodnough is now senior vice president of sales, strategy, and innovation at Stonebridge Cos. In this role, he will drive revenue, market share and RevPAR growth for Stonebridge’s portfolio through sales strategies.
He joins from HRI Hospitality, where he was senior vice president of sales and marketing, Stonebridge said in a statement.
“Chad’s expertise in the hospitality industry and ability to drive results in competitive markets make him a strong fit,” said Rob Smith, Stonebridge’s CEO and president. “We are excited to welcome him and look forward to the strategies he will bring.”
Goodnough, who previously held senior leadership roles at Remington Hospitality, Aimbridge Hospitality and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, will lead strategic initiatives to drive growth and strengthen Stonebridge’s market position, the company said.
Denver-based Stonebridge, founded by Chairman Navin Dimond, is led by Smith.
Goodnough said he is excited to join Stonebridge and contribute to its success.
“I look forward to leveraging my experience to implement sales and marketing strategies that deliver measurable results and elevate the company’s portfolio performance,” he said.
"Working alongside Stonebridge’s revenue management and digital strategy teams—who optimize distribution, channel, and pricing strategies to attract guests—Chad will ensure our sales teams reach untapped customers by leveraging market intelligence tools and business development strategies to drive our high-touch local sales efforts," said Chris Cheney, senior vice president, commercial services.
In January, Stonebridge named Lee Palaschak executive vice president of operations, overseeing company operations from a new office in Dallas.
