Giri Hotels: Enhancing Guest Experience Through Automation
GIRI HOTELS, A hospitality management company led by Ash Sangani, selected Stayntouch’s cloud property management system to support its 12 independent properties. Stayntouch’s PMS will be installed across 1,200 rooms in Giri’s hotels throughout Maine, Vermont and New York.
The company, which manages 56 properties, sought a scalable PMS to integrate with platforms like TravelClick, consolidate operations, reduce platform overlap and give staff more flexibility to focus on guest service, the duo said in a statement.
“As Giri continues to expand across the Northeast, we are focused on investments that will elevate the thoughtful, personalized hospitality our guests expect—no matter which of our properties they visit,” said Ryan Amin, Giri Hotels’ principal. “We selected Stayntouch for its ability to unify operations across multiple properties, creating smarter, faster systems that complement tools like reconcileOTA. By simplifying the backend, our teams can work more efficiently and focus on what matters most: creating seamless, memorable stays for our guests.”
The partnership aims to deliver “enterprise-grade” multi-property management and simplify operations across Giri’s portfolio, the statement said. With Stayntouch’s PMS, Giri expects to automate up to 80 percent of administrative tasks, allowing staff to focus more on enhancing guest experiences.
Priya Rajamani, Stayntouch’s vice president of Implementation and Support, said they are thrilled to partner with Giri Hotels as it continues to set the standard for hospitality excellence in the Northeast.
“Our cloud PMS is built to support ambitious hotel groups with multi-property portfolios, providing automation and integration capabilities that drive efficiency at scale. Giri’s commitment to operational innovation aligns perfectly with our vision of a PMS that empowers hoteliers to deliver exceptional guest experiences while reducing complexity behind the scenes,” she said.
Revival Hotels, led by founder and CEO Saxton Sharad, is also working with Stayntouch to implement cloud-based property management systems across its independent portfolio.
