AAHOA AND BRIDGE launched AAHOALending.com, a digital lending platform focused on hospitality. It offers AAHOA members access to more than 150 lenders, with plans to add more regularly, while allowing users to compare financing options, find the best rates and secure funding.
Bridge, led by Cofounder and CEO Rohit Mathur, has been named a Club Blue Industry Partner, the highest level in AAHOA’s program, with only 12 of its 300 partners qualifying, the duo said in a joint statement.
"We are excited to welcome Bridge as our newest Club Blue Industry Partner," said Miraj Patel, AAHOA chairman. "Their platform and expertise in providing debt capital solutions will be an invaluable resource for our members. This partnership will be prominently featured at AAHOA’s 2025 Convention & Trade Show, April 15 to 17, in New Orleans."
A recent AAHOA survey found that over 90 percent of hoteliers said market conditions are more challenging than in previous years, with 95 percent stating they would benefit from comparing financing terms in a standardized format.
AAHOALending.com meets these needs by offering a competitive way to secure financing and helping members make informed decisions.
“This partnership highlights the strength of our technology and reinforces our commitment to evolving our platform to better serve AAHOA members,” Mathur said.
Bridge connects hotel owners and developers with a network of debt capital providers, the statement said. Using AI and data-driven screening, it creates a platform that helps businesses secure funding faster while enabling lenders to reach new clients.
“AAHOA is dedicated to ensuring our members have access to the best resources available, and AAHOALending.com is a direct result of that commitment,” said Rahul Patel, treasurer of AAHOA. “Through our member-centric vision, we continuously work to provide solutions that address our members’ most pressing challenges. By partnering with Bridge, we are delivering a transparent, user-friendly platform that empowers our members to secure capital more efficiently in today’s evolving market.”
He added that AAHOA IT Consultant Shehul Patel played a key role in ensuring seamless integration of the platform with AAHOA’s digital infrastructure.
“The launch of AAHOALending.com is a game-changer for AAHOA members,” said Laura Lee Blake, president and CEO of AAHOA. “Bridge’s commitment to innovation aligns perfectly with AAHOA’s mission to support our members with the best resources available. We are excited to see how this new platform will empower our members to access the capital they need to succeed.”
Bridge’s participation in AAHOA’s Vendor Partner program gives the company direct access to AAHOA’s 20,000 qualified buyers, the statement said. Members can engage with Bridge at over 200 events each year, including AAHOACON, town halls, hotel owner conferences and trade shows.
AAHOACON2025 will be themed "New Ideas, New Opportunities, New Orleans," the three-day event will include education, networking, and a trade show.
